§ WHAT TO EXPECT
First time in? Here is how a treatment day runs, so nothing about it is a surprise.
Message or call the wellness desk. We match you to a therapist and hold the time — no deposit at this step.
Time to change, fill in a short health form and settle in the relaxation lounge with tea before you start.
Your therapist checks pressure, focus areas, injuries and anything you would rather they avoided. The treatment is built around that.
Phones off, lights low. Speak up any time about temperature, pressure or music — it is your hour.
Water and tea in the lounge for as long as you like. Add the pool and gardens on your way out.
§ ASK US
Not sure which treatment, which pass or whether the pool is open to you? Send this and a member of the wellness team replies personally — usually the same day.
What happens next
You send this — a name, a rough date, and what you are after. Nothing is booked yet.
A member of the team replies personally, usually the same day, with options and prices.
We hold the therapist, session or lane for you. No card details, no deposit at this step.

Unedited notes from recent visitors to the spa and the pool.
The signature massage
I asked for firm and got exactly that. Walked in with a week of desk in my shoulders and walked out without it. The lounge afterwards is worth staying for.

A Sunday at the pool
Brought the kids on a day pass. Gardens are gorgeous, water was spotless, and we stayed until they closed. Booked again the next weekend.

§ GOOD TO KNOW
Arrival times, what to bring, ages, public access and cancellations — the questions the wellness desk answers most.
They are indicative, so you can plan. Treatment, pass and day-pass prices are confirmed by the wellness desk when you book — they can shift with the season, the length of the treatment and any package you add.
Fifteen minutes before your start time. That covers changing, a short health form and settling into the relaxation lounge. Arriving late may mean a shorter treatment, as the next guest's time is held.
The spa is for guests aged 16 and over. Children are welcome at the pool when accompanied by a parent or guardian, and children's swim lessons start at age 4. There is no lifeguard on duty, so an adult must supervise at all times.
For the spa, nothing — robe, slippers and towels are provided. For the pool, bring swimwear; towels and lockers are available. Leave valuables in your room or at reception.
Let the wellness desk know at least 24 hours ahead and there is no charge. Inside 24 hours, or a no-show, may be charged in full — the therapist's time was held for you. The exact terms are confirmed when you book.
