1. Reservations and Payment
a. Booking Confirmation
Reservations must be confirmed with valid contact information and payment details. Bookings are not guaranteed until payment is received or authorized.
b. Payment Terms
A valid credit/debit card is required to secure all bookings. Full or partial payment may be required in advance depending on the rate type or promotion. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, mobile money, and cash.
c. Rates
All rates are quoted in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Rates may change without prior notice but confirmed bookings remain unaffected.
2. Check-in and Check-out

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability and additional charges.
3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the scheduled arrival to avoid charges. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee. Non-refundable bookings are charged in full at the time of booking and are not eligible for refund or date changes.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner while on the premises. We reserve the right to evict guests without refund for:
Disruptive, illegal, or abusive behavior Damage to property Non-compliance with hotel policies
5. Liability and Property Damage
Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, or facilities during their stay. The Emin Pasha Hotel and Spa is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings. In-room safes are provided for your convenience.
6. Spa and Wellness Services
Spa treatments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Medical conditions must be disclosed before treatment. We reserve the right to refuse services for health and safety reasons. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.
7. Use of Facilities
The use of the swimming pool, gym, spa, and other amenities is at the guest’s own risk. Children under 12 must be supervised at all times. The hotel may restrict access to certain areas for maintenance or events.
8. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any failure to fulfill our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, governmental actions, or power failures.
